You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that violate applicable regulations, third-party rights, or these terms.

Availability of certain services may be limited by geography, local regulations, or partner participation. QarenVElite may restrict access from locations where services cannot lawfully be provided.

Account Information

To access some features you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Keep your account information accurate and up to date. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or prevent us from providing suitable apartment matches or concierge assistance.

Protect your password and account details. Notify us immediately at [email protected] or by phone if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take appropriate steps to secure the account.

Accounts and memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or sublicense your account without prior written consent from QarenVElite.

We may suspend or restrict access to accounts that breach these terms, for security reasons, or if required by law. Suspension may result in temporary loss of access to paid or reserved services.

Our Services

QarenVElite offers curated apartment discovery and concierge services, including tailored property searches, viewings coordination, local logistics, and booking support. We provide professional assistance to save you time and help you make informed decisions.

Service features, prices, and availability may change. We will communicate significant changes in advance where practicable and post updates on QarenVElite.best.

Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We do not control third-party property owners and availability of individual units may change without notice.

User Conduct and Rules

When using our services you agree to act responsibly and respect other users, property owners, and staff. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to the following:

• Using the service for unlawful activities or fraudulent purposes.
• Interfering with the experience of other users or property operations.
• Submitting false or misleading information to secure bookings or access.
• Attempting to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the site without permission.
• Impersonating individuals, falsifying identity, or misrepresenting affiliations.
• Failing to pay for paid services or attempting to evade fees.
• Damaging property, violating occupancy rules, or otherwise disregarding host or property guidelines.

User Content

You may submit preferences, reviews, photos, or other content to help us tailor services. By submitting you confirm you have the right to provide the material.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant the licenses described below.

By submitting content you grant QarenVElite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display the content as necessary to provide and promote services.

You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of your submissions. Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or violates privacy.

To request removal of your content, contact [email protected] with details. We will evaluate requests and take action where appropriate and feasible under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on QarenVElite.best, including logos, design, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to QarenVElite. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

• Do not reverse-engineer site functionality or attempt to discover source code.
• Do not use QarenVElite activity names, activity, or logos without prior written approval.

Paid Services

We offer paid services such as premium concierge packages, priority property sourcing, and booking facilitation. Paid services are subject to additional terms disclosed at purchase.

Prices for paid services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or as otherwise specified. Fees reflect the scope of work; any additional costs will be disclosed before you confirm a purchase.

Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specified. We accept standard payment methods and may use third-party payment processors. Charges are final unless a refund policy applies.

Subscription services, if offered, will be described at sign-up, including billing intervals and cancellation procedures. Automatic renewal terms will be clearly disclosed.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on service type and timing of cancellation. Certain fees (such as time-sensitive bookings or third-party costs) may be non-refundable.

Cancellation terms vary by service. Where cancellations are permitted, fees or cancellation charges may apply. We will communicate applicable cancellation terms before you commit.

You are responsible for applicable taxes associated with paid services. Where required, taxes will be added to invoices and clearly indicated.

We may update pricing for paid services. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for unless otherwise stated at time of purchase.

Non-payment may result in suspension, refusal of service, or recovery actions. We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances and associated costs.

Disclaimer

Information provided on QarenVElite.best and by our staff is for general informational purposes and to assist your property search. It is provided 'as is' without warranties. Clients should verify details before making commitments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QarenVElite’s liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service during the prior six months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party partners to provide services, including property owners, maintenance vendors, and payment processors. Those partners are independent and not controlled by QarenVElite; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or where continued provision of services is not feasible. Users may close their accounts by following the account closure process.

Following termination, access to account data and paid features may be restricted. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at QarenVElite.best/privacy describes how we collect and use personal data. By using our services you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of data as described there.

Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails and messages related to bookings, service updates, and promotions. Key notices may also be sent to the physical address you provide.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Disputes and Arbitration

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties should seek to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the applicable courts as set out above.
